A full-screen incident clock with SEV presets and a timezone. Start it when the incident opens, press F, and put it on the war-room TV so everyone can see how long it's been.
Good for
- Keeping time visible during a live incident
- Pacing status updates, such as every 30 minutes on a SEV1
Not for
- The incident record: it keeps no timeline, so log decisions in your incident tool or the channel
- Measuring MTTR: start and stop times belong in the system of record
